Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment with enough space and all the necessary amenities (to make breakfast as well). It honestly surprised me because it looks and feels better than the photos suggest. The house is incredibly cute and authentic and gives a real Texel vibe. The owner greeted us, showed us around, and for the rest of the stay we had complete privacy. Great location for exploring the island both by car or bicycles. And the neighbor's cat would wait to say 'hi' every morning! :D

Nicoline welcomes you in a beautiful, cozy hideaway. She has furnished it with a lot of vintage pieces and everything fits so well together. Take a closer look and you will discover how much love and passion she has put into every detail of the room. Everything a guest could wish for has been thought of in the room and in the kitchen. All that with sustainability in mind. The nature around you is really soul healing, so take a good book with you and enjoy the sounds of nature on that cozy lounge in the garden. Oh, and you get the nicest, full vegan breakfast you can ever imagine! Nicoline is a very kind person and will make sure you have a great time!

It was peaceful and quiet area, good bed, TV with possibility of using Netflix and other streaming TV chains, good breakfast plenty with good choice taken in the room,coffee and tea machine in the room,fridge, possibility to use dishes, cups, glasses.., nice owner.

Beautifully renovated traditional barn in the countryside. The hosts were friendly and ready to help us. Everything was of good quality, including breakfast. Oosterend, a picture-perfect village with a bicycle rental, is within walking distance. The location is rural (idyllic), but in the middle of the island, which means all the sights, beaches and sheep farms are easy to reach.

Great stay in this charming house, and a very nice host who knows a lot about the village and island story. She was very generous with advices on what to do and how to plan the visits of the island. The stay was very relaxing.

The room was great, everything, including toilet, shower and bathroom, was very clean. Just enough space to sleep (comfortable beds) and change clothes. A cup of coffee or tea was included. It was Kings Day when we arrived, so we didn't see the host untill the next day, but that was not a problem. The door was open en the key on the inside when we arrived. Very affordable and perfect for us, as we just needed a place to sleep and shower put our luggage as we toured the island and went horseriding.

We loved our room, which was very cozy and beautifully arranged! Very nice touches in the room. Location is great, the light house is visible from the guest house. The hosts were lovely! They prepared fresh breakfast (amazingly delicious) and we could request the time for it to be served. We are very grateful for the nice time we spent in Texel!
