The stay at the hotel was really, really pleasant and very fun. Service - everywhere we encountered excellent service, at the reception, in the spa, room cleaning staff and in the dining room. Excellent service! Special thanks to Anita Weinzelf. Dining room - very good breakfast. Excellent dinner with a buffet of salads and soups and an excellent chef's main course served at the table (meat/fish/vegetarian) and excellent desserts. we had our own table with our name on it during the entire stay. It was excellent Rooms - The room was spacious, heated, very clean, comfortable beds and a balcony. Arrival - we arrived by train and asked a shuttle to pick us up from the station right on time. Spa - there is the hotel's private spa which is great, clean, has several saunas, a jacuzzi pool, lots of sitting areas and rest rooms. High level spa! In addition to this, there is the public spa that you can enter with a chip watch that you receive on the first day and allows entry to any place and activity in the hotel. The hotel lobby and bar are very pleasant, beautifully designed and spacious for sitting.Communication - the hotel responded to us on every question and request before our arrival and it was really excellent for us

Very nice and friendly personnel. Clean and spacious room. Hotel is on top of the hill, so the views are pretty nice. Kids-friendly.

direct access to the thermal bath with various pools and a big outdoor playground. there is also an indoor playground. my 2 years old son loves the experience.

Room was just as wanted, very nice, clean and good size. Breakfast and dinner was very nice with very good selection. Spa and wellness was perfect. Greatest was that it is adult only without any kids, so it is perfect for relaxation and quite energetic.

The apartment is huge and is equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was neat and tidy. You also get access to the spa on the day of arrival before the check-in.

The Camping Resort's spotless amenities, breathtaking views, and friendly attitude much above my expectations. The complementary chocolate at check-in was a wonderful surprise, and the staff was quite helpful. Super nice place!
