Great location, very close to the University of Namur and train station. There is a possibility to aerate the room naturally for some time or cut off external noises by closing windows and using A/C. The bed was very comfortable, curtains enebled rest by blocking lights completely. There is a possibility to resign of the room service. You can make yourself a cup of tea/coffee downstairs near check-in. Breakfasts have sweet and savory choices. Thre is a lovely terrace on the highest floor available for guests within certain time limits. The hotel staff is very kind and supportive

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and spacious. Own balcony was great bonus! We travelled with our dogs and they liked too.

The hostel is facing the river, giving the amazing view. The locality is peaceful and it is easily accessible for the public transportation as well. And the staffs were super friendly.

Very clean and comfortable room for a good price. The bed is very good. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very well located, 7 minutes walking to the city centre. There are parking places at the hotel for a good price. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee (not expensive). I can only recommend this hotel.

We liked everything 😅 the building is a beautiful old villa, which was lovingly restored by the owners. We had a really nice chambre (Leonard), which has a bathtub inside the room and a wonderfull and quiet view to the garden. We booked breakfast for 2 mornings and it was delicious with fresh prepared eggs. The owners themselves weren’t physically present all the time, but we could contact them all the time via booking or WhatsApp. The location itself is really nice directly next to the river “Maas”.

I don't understand the negative reviews. The room is very good. The location is great, the hotel itself is very good. Nearby, here's a great restaurant and a fountain with lighting , very atmospheric. Large parking . We liked everything. We were there at the end of October. We will definitely return to this hotel.
