Everyting was absolutely amazing. From the staff to the rooms all the way to the food and drinks. They offer a guided trip with a private driver which was amazing. Our driver was Rati who we can't thank enough. Elso everyone at the reception Dwi, Ajus, Yude... was amazing. I almost forgot about the relaxing morning yoga - it was great!

Hotel staff treated us like their family member. My son was sick during his stay and the hotel staff drove us to the nearest hospital and stayed with us for two hours while we are being medically examined. Last day we were almost scammed by a local driver with unfair taxi rate and they quickly arranged their driver to pick us up from the waterfall and drive us to canggu. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again next time we visit ubud. It will be our second home in ubud.

Oh my God, this hostel was incredibly amazing! The staff is so so so helpful, funny, cool, friendly. The cleanness is just waw! They clean rooms everyday! The atmosphere is warm ♥️♥️. The location is perfect, everything is close. I do recommend this hostel for anyone looking for friendly atmosphere and clean place!

Excellent architecture and space within and around the resort - one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. Rooms are huge and very confortable. Staff is really great. We checked out early in the morning and they prepared us a takeaway breakfast. If we come back to Bali, we will definitely stay here. Thanks for the hospitality!!

From the time we stepped into this property until the time we left was hospitality at its best. Rooms, service, the entire resort complex and the vibe were exactly what we were wishing for on our holiday. I don't want to mention names as the entire team without exception here operates with a single focus on making their guests comfortable and happy. They are at your service 24/7 and no matter what the topic is, they are super responsive. You can feel their genuine smile and nicities in everything they do. As they say the F&B are the backbone of hotels and resorts, Akar restaurant here is a true testimony to it. Their menu, hospitality, staff etiquette, presentation are par excellence. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Indonesian food. Even their international cuisines are excellent on taste and presentation. Our plan was to have breakfast here and rest of our meals outside. However, we have ended up having all our meals here from day 2, as nothing anywhere else could even come closer. I was so happy to hear from the team here that they are opening a branch in Dubai soon. Ubud was our first destination in Bali and KCLUB was our first stay and they have set the bar really high and made it really difficult for other places in seminyak and elsewhere really diffult to match and impress us although they were big international brands and chains. Congratulations and well done team KCLUB. You guys have really made a difference in our Bali experience.
