Beautiful country hotel. Walking distance to golf club 5 mins. These guys are absolutely awesome - they know exactly what you need before you know yourself. This place is highly competently run, extremely friendly, polite, kind and oh I could go on and on. Very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed an excellent meal in their restaurant - first class - top quality - award deserving. Great breakfast too! I hope to return one day!

Greg greeted us and upgraded our accommodation to their apartment overlooking the Market Square (above the shoe store). It was warm and bright, modern and very spacious, in great condition, extremely clean and comfortable, kitchen well-stocked with basics and more, large dining room with a table for 8, large-screen TV included paid subscriptions, jacuzzi tub separate from a very large walk-in shower (largest I've seen in Europe), washer and dryer, very very large sun room opening onto an equally large deck. Skylights for viewing the stars from the large master bedroom with a firm king bed with high-count linens. Thoughtful extra touches. Very quiet at night. In the morning we were charmed by a small farmers market. Friendly vendors and a font of local information, Mrs Murphy's scones were the best we had in 2 weeks. Coffey's Fish & Chips (fresh cut for both) were great. Great home base for the region. We'll be back if we're anywhere near the area!

We absolutely loved our stay at Palmgrove and really wished we had stayed there for more nights. The room was spacious and clean, the bed really comfy and the bathroom really good. The hosts were incredible and they even fixed our travel itinerary for us! Had we not visited the places they suggested, we would have missed out on many beautiful scenery.

Staff very friendly & extremely helpful. The Rooms were fantastic spacious and spotless the food in the restaurant was excellent & great value the breakfast was exceptional.

Space , privacy and location. Only few minutes drive from 2 beautiful beaches / Wild Atlantic Way It is a Hidden gem - spacious , quiet with lovely hosts and everything you might need for the weekend break or a longer holiday. Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - there was few bits and pieces for breakfast , wood for the stove. They also let us use their BBQ.

The booking was simple and straightforward. Johnny and Joan were fantastic hosts and a pleasure to deal with. Welcoming kind and very obliging. Everything you could need for a short or long stay was there for us. House is so so cosy and warm and Johnny had the fire lit for us. Amazing.
