The owner Francesca is a warm and loving host. She made delicious dinners for us on request. It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . Really felt at home.

The host was very kind. The typical Tuscany natural scenery around the hotel was very pretty and fantastic. Also the breakfast was very good. Especially the variety of cakes, fresh raw orange juice and cheese were delicious. You can also go to Siena and Montepulciano by car. This is a hotel I would recommend to my friends.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. We were the first guests and were so happy to have made the booking. The house was large (we were 9 in total and had more than. Enough space for all), beautiful, super clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor dinning area was beautiful and the highlight was the pool with amazing views. I can’t cover all good things about the house in one review. You have to stay here to experience it. The property manager, Selma, was always available and helped answer all our questions. It was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to be back one day. Thank you so much.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable - with a breathtaking morning view. Beautiful furniture and tableware reflecting the atmosphere of Tuscany. Well-equipped kitchen - nothing was missing. Wonderful place, peace and quiet, total relaxation, and at the same time the possibility of active rest - bicycles, walks, mini golf, horses, badminton, swimming in the owner's pool. A wonderful rest. This is how we imagined Tuscany! A beautiful, atmospheric house, with a well-kept swimming pool and surroundings.
