Absolutely amazing hotel, very well decorated modern Japanese style. Comfortable room, very peaceful. Free parking. 35mins to the airport. Friendly staffs. Definitely stay here again if we come back to this city.

Everything was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super tasty and has a lot of variety of foods. There was also a discount to parking the car over there. So convenient. I liked it.

This is my second time at this hotel. The location is perfect for train travellers. The rooms are comfortable and full of ammenities, including a massager! The executive lounge is a lovely touch, complete with a massage chair that put me to sleep one night. The welcome drink and snacks were always welcome with a smile and a hello. And, the absolute highlight is the Unagi Don lady at breakfast! So welcoming, polite and willing to help. The breakfast is plentiful too. The Front desk people were so helpful with luggage forwarding too. If you’re going to the musical instrument museum, it’s only just up the street. Another wonderful stay, and will be on my list to come back to next trip.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities and there was even a "happy hour" in the evening at the hotel bar. All in all, it was great.

Hotel Sorriso Hamamatsu is situated just next to JR Hamamatsu Train Station and has a convenience store on its first floor. It provides a complimentary buffet breakfast and rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Huge room for the size. Separate bath and shower were good - excellent pressure and bath a decent length. Bags able to held after check out and no time limit given. 11am checkout also good. 43rd floor had an amazing view.

Close to the station, clean and comfortable room, helpful friendly staff, and breakfast included. We didn't use the laundry, but there were two washers and dryers Everything you need for a night stop.

Opened in July 2010, Kuretake-INN KIKUGAWA I.C. boasts an indoor and outdoor public bath, a comic corner and a convenience store.
