I love the location, so close to the beach. It was easy to take a bus to the subway if you wanted to go to other areas of Busan. The staff was amazing, I don’t know much Korean and they were very helpful in English. I used the laundry coin service, very quick and easy. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and polite, (Joel I think his name was) asked me a few questions about my travels which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. Due to bad weather my flight to Jeju got cancelled and there were no problems for me to stay 2 extra nights in the same room. The girl at reception (Lucy I think her name was) was very helpful and accompanied. I will definitely stay here again just for them <3 The art cafe was very cool. Nice to sit and watch the beach/sea both on a sunny and rainy day. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

The room was nice, the view from the 25th floor great, especially at night. Good location next to bus and metro stops, walking distance to Jagalchi Market and BIFF Square. In the evening you get pop-up food stalls right next to the hotel. The food must be good cause there's not a seat empty there.

Best hotel near Seomyeon Station, Busan – quiet, clean & welcoming! I had a wonderful stay with my son at H-AVENUE Hotel Seomyeon Station in Busan. The location is excellent — right by Seomyeon Station, close to restaurants, shopping streets, and the nightlife of Busan, yet the hotel is in a quiet spot, perfect for sleeping and relaxing. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. A special thanks to Mr. Park, who speaks perfect English and was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The entire staff were very welcoming and professional, always ready to help with directions and local recommendations. I had to extend my stay due to an emergency, and the hotel made everything simple and stress-free. If you’re looking for a hotel in Busan near Seomyeon Station, I highly recommend H-AVENUE Hotel. It offers the perfect mix of convenience, cleanliness, quiet, and warm hospitality. One of the best places to stay in Busan!

Our room was a ballroom: it was insanely huge ! It was very well-equipped. We did not expect such a big, clean and nice room for the price we paid. We did not have a lot of interactions with the staff but they seemed nice and someone was always present at the front desk. It's really near from Busan Station: it's cheap and quick to use a taxi (+/-5€ and 10 minutes). You are near plenty of restaurants when you stay at this hotel and the area is safe, busy and not too loud at the same time. PS: We went there in October 2024
