Extremely new, chic and clean hotel with amazing rooms! There were so many modern amenities and we felt very comfortable. The room is spacious, well furnished with armchairs, a bay window seat with a beautiful view to the city, and Taipei 101! Two big windows overlooking the city with morning sunlight streaming in, how fantastic is that! The beds are big and comfortable - good night sleep! Hotel staff in general are good, some are better than others! A big shout out is reserved tor Sarah, who was on lifeguard duty on our last night at the rooftop pool. She went above and beyond to make my family feel special ! Thanks!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, speaking very good English and managing to check us in in less than 10 minutes. The rooms really exceeded our expectations. They were huge, with a bath tub jacuzzi for 4 people and a spinning bike to exercise in the room! We had a great sleep, as windows were soundproof and no noises came from the corridor. Overall, an amazing stay and we will book this hotel again.
