I highly recommend staying at Helga's, it was one of our favourite stays of the whole trip. The accommodation is beautiful, hosts are incredibly hospitable, helpful and friendly, the food is delicious and they even have their own bit to access the beach at the lake. The room looked freshly built with a really good eye for detail and the beds were comfy. The room also had a fridge and a nice new bathroom. The garden had lots nooks to relax in and the restaurant was cosy. We had both dinner and breakfast there - both were excellent. It was the first time we'd tried watermelon jam (one of the options that comes with breakfast).

De hecho, la gente entra al patio ( maravilloso ) para hacer fotos. Nuestra habitación, con entrada desde el patio, era muy coqueta. Muy recomendable el restaurante del hotel. Pedimos cenar en el exterior y nos sacaron una mesa. Muy buena cena y un trato EXQUISITO. Realmente, muy recomendable !!!

The villa was remodeled beautifully with attention to the original elegant features. The owner/host, gracious and accommodating, provides guests with his quiet hotel and very comfortable sleeping. The bed was excellent, the room and bathroom immaculate. From the villa on a quiet residential street it is within easy walking distance to the old bazaar, the cathedral, cafes restaurants and markets, the museums, the university and park opposite, and even the bus terminal. Everything needed in the best neighborhood in Korçë.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. Our checkin was smooth with an English speaking staff member. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great as well.
