Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz. All units have a seating area. Every thing was nice it was clean and in a very good location and you also have a lot of activities which is nice.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. A real highlight was the spacious sauna in the basement, complete with a very nice and quiet chill-out room—perfect for unwinding after hours on the slopes. Another great feature is that each apartment has its own dedicated ski room, which made storing and drying our gear a breeze. We also appreciated the daily garbage takeout service and the fresh towels provided halfway through our stay—small details that made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we can heartily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing ski getaway!

The location is lovely, and the view is charming and provides all the services you need in the apartment. In addition to its proximity to the center of Westendorf, a few minutes' walk. Honestly, the apartment is luxurious and worth its price and there is a lift that makes it easy to carry bags. A full section is available swimming pool, sauna, steam and massage, all of which are elegant and hotel services. Thank God, it was a beautiful stay, and the kids enjoyed the place, especially the pools.

Fantastic venue with great staff and a wonderful breakfast. When we had an issue getting to the train station, the owners son drove us there without hesitation. One of the best places we stayed at in Europe.
