Para no hablar de los dueños super amables siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y siempre preparados para ayudarte .Volveremos seguro !!!!

The space is very well thought-out, with attention to the smallest details, like additional candles or bath salts. The apartment was clean, and everything worked without any problems. The hotel is beautifully located, away from the roads. Comfortable large room equipped with everything you need. We did not have a coffee machine and kettle in our room. We asked for it at reception desk and it was brought to us in 5 minutes. Lovely balcony with a marvellous view of the Burgenland hills and fields. Breakfast and lunch exceeded all expectations! Huge selection of the best quality and natural products. Special thanks to the chefs! Excellent service. The dinners were absolutely delicious! The waiters are very attentive, served quickly and politely. Excellent huge territory with a variety of pools. All new, renovated. A lot of beds for rest. Excellent saunas with access to the pool area and sunbeds for outdoor relaxation. We liked everything! We will definitely go back there again. We would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a family room, and it was big, comfortable, well equipped. The host and the whole staff were very friendly. The hotel is just 3 minutes drive from the spa. The breakfast is delicious, everyone found their preferred choice. If we return to Loipersdorf, this accomodation is surely our first option.
