What I loved the most was the obvious focus on customer experience. We had a dog and when we arrived there was a cushion for her to sleep and bowls ready to use. We also have a small kid who could play on the terrace and with the toys in breakfast room. They embraced perfectly new technology. It's easy to communicate with staff and to enter the building. They are qr codes everywhere to get instructions for the washing machine or connect to wifi. In many hotels where we stayed, you feel like they are only after your money, here they are obviously driven by the objective to please customer. We'll be back.

We had such a great time staying here! George, the host, was super kind and helpful – he really made us feel at home and gave us some great tips during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to everything, but still nice and quiet. Our room was big, comfy, and really clean – exactly what we needed to relax. Also, the food was amazing! Everything we tried was so tasty – we looked forward to every meal. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again to George and the team!

Penzion U Kapličky está en Bochov, a 18 km de Castillo de Bečov nad Teplou, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. We really like our stay at this little penzion in the cute little village of Kozlov. The room was modern, spacious and clean and the shared kitchen was well stocked. Markéta was a very gracious host and even called her neighbour to come unlock the beautiful historic church and give us a tour! It was a fantastic stay!
