This hotel is ideally located near the Rhine River at the foot of the Siebengebirge Mountains. It features WiFi throughout the entire property. It was convenient to train station, restaurants and stores. The room was very large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was a variety of different options and very tasty 😋 I would stay here again if ever back in the area.

He also assisted with dinner suggestions and dealing with an angry restaurant manager when a technical problem arose with payment. It is one of the top 5 customer service situations I’ve ever seen!
