The balcony is overlooking the Nile which was magical for atmosphere and observing wildlife. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The WiFi was not working in the rooms so one of the owners installed another box and it was working perfectly throughout the hotel. The hotel decoration is beautiful, many wedding parties attended to take pictures. There is a boat and one of the owners took me out on the Nile a few times. The meals were delicious with huge portions. They arranged transport and tours during my stay at a great price. The local market with souvenirs is within walking distance. One of the owners showed me around the local area.

Summer Land Hotel se encuentra en Abu Simbel y dispone de alojamiento de 2 estrellas con balcones privados. Everyone we met at the hotel were very kind and helpful. They arranged our transpotations between the airport and the hotel. The breakfast was very good! It was 20 minutes walk to Abu Simbel. We were able to get the tickets of sound and light show at the hotel. We got the recomendation of the restaurant for dinner. The next day we went to see the sunrise. We were so happy staying at this hotel!

Booking was for my parents celebrating their Ruby Anniversary. Very charming one-night stay in this local guest house. Facilities were clean, host was very hospitable. Location was spot on. Would recommend to anyone traveling to visit Abu Simbel.
