I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Grand Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked through the stunning lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at the Grand Hotel truly went above and beyond, making my experience unforgettable. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Nestled between mountains and sea, Jumeirah Muscat Bay offers true tranquility and a great sense of escaping the everyday. This hotel is definitely a step or two above most 4-5 star resorts in the Oman / UAE region. The facilities were very polished, and the staff extremely friendly and responsive. The location is nestled in a gorgeous cove with picturesque rock cliffs / islands jutting out to create a beautiful view. It was quite peaceful and didn't have all the obnoxious pop music blasting so you could properly relax and listen to the waves on the shore etc. At night (we were there in early Dec) there are crabs scurrying around on the beach and glowing plankton which was stunning. Highly highly recommend this place for a holiday away. There's also a PADI dive center and tennis court etc which were nice pluses.

Situated in Muscat, and directly linked to the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, JW Marriott Hotel Muscat features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool... We stayed at JW Marriott for 6 days . It’s Muscat’s best kept secret, Nancy samy at the reception was an angel , she helped with taxi booking etc . Sanjay at the reception. The staff at breakfast in the coffee lounge was wonderful. We deeply thank Gopika , the chef , kitchen team , Rati , Jake , Naveen & Shamol made it a dream vacation for my elderly mum , son & me . From the bottom of my heart thanking JW marriot for this wonderful holiday.

Set in Shatti Al Qurum Beach Area in Muscat, W Muscat features an outdoor swimming pool. All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. Everything was awesome including well cleaned facilities, well trained staff and beautiful hotel. Made our stay unforgettable.

Set against the Al Hajar mountains overlooking the Sea of Oman, this 5-star luxury resort offers a unique palace experience, showcasing the art of Omani hospitality. The staff were very helpful and always went above and beyond. We got an upgrade for my birthday to a pool access room which was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was amazing they had lots of options and you can order your eggs. The gym was good and had everything you need.
