The breakfast buffet was very nice with options for vegetarians. The seating area for eating is very tasteful and relaxing. The staff was pleasant. There's a small gym and a weights room.

From the airport, the Hilton Garden Inn Kampala provided excellent service! I booked airport shuttle service which was so easy to find. A driver met us at arrivals with a sign, packed our luggage in the van, and we took a smooth ride to the Hilton. Every staff member we encountered upon arrival greeted us with a warm smile and explained everything we needed for our stay. The receptionist Kim Cynthia was very sweet! She checked us in and let us know how we could book a taxi and where to find a place to get our hair done (very much needed at the time!) Our room was very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious!
