Muy buen alojamiento , me encanto , 20 de 10 estrellas . El desayuno es excepcional , variado y el personal muy amable y educado . Nos dieron una guía donde podríamos visitar cada punto interesante y hasta un regalo al final de nuestra estadía . 😍😍😍

The stay at MAY DE VILLE Crown Hotel was very pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean, my wife and I slept very well on the super comfortable bed. We appreciate the sizable closest space too. The staff were all kind and friendly, all of our requests were attended to diligently. The toilet sink had a problem though, water pooled up very fast. We didn't ask to have it looked at, but noticed immediately that it was rectified after housekeeping was done, so kudos to them..! The hotel is located amidst the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, with a popular club, O2 Space, directly opposite. They provide ear plugs to cope with the noise, but my wife and I didn't feel the need to use them throughout our 5 nights there. We were gifted with a box of Vietnamese instant coffee after checkout, which was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Hanoi..👍

The staff could not do enough for you, I would like to commend Hanh and Sabi for their impeccable service but I honestly couldn’t fault of any of the staff, their friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. Nos alojamos allí nuestra última noche en Hanoi y nos facilitaron los traslados y la custodia de nuestras maletas entre la hora del check out y nuestra partida al aeropuerto.
