Wow. We couldn't believe the lodging we drove up to when we arrived. This is an essentially brand-new single small house in the middle of a LARGE reserve of undeveloped forested land that's only a few miles from downtown Launceston. It features large windows all around which were great because there are no neighbors and you can watch the animals hopping by or birds flying around all evening/night/morning. The bed was uber-comfortable and it had all the appliances (new!) we could have wanted.

We did not have breakfast. The layout of the room was very good, not cramped. Parking was good. No outside noise, made for a good sleep. Tea and coffee facilities were very adequate, good tv coverage.

Very quiet and very comfortable. Just a short walk to the supermarket. Very spacious for four adults. We are travelling around Tasmania and it was wonderful to have both a washing machine and a drier.

Great communication, making late changes due to delayed flights easy. Everything was spotless and very well presented. Parking is very close with ample lighting making it super easy unpacking and walking to and fro. Breakfast supplied with a variety of options and generous proportions. Upon arrival we immediately wished we had an extra night booked. A very quiet location and close to the airport. So glad we chose this place, we can't wait to get back! well equipped, clean motel-type accommodation (park outside door) with wifi included. An excellent IGA grocery store next door that was open early to late every day and a liquor store on the premises.
