Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff who truly went out of their way to make me feel at home. The entire team was helpful, smiling, and professional throughout my stay – something I really appreciated. The location is also excellent, with easy access to [e.g. the city center, the beach, public transport – adjust as needed], which made it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. It’s clear that the hotel values quality and guest satisfaction. This place is amazing, staff is super friendly and it’s great value for money. The bed is very good and comfortable, they also have lockers inside the room and when you arrive they give you shower gel, paper, slippers and tooth brush, which I think it was a very nice detail. Also, Im travelling without a towel and when I asked for one to one of the staff, they gave it to me free of charge. I really liked this place and I recommend it.

The bedroom was massive, with a sofa and a huge window with a view of the river and mountains. The bed were very comfortable and the room is spotless, super clean and has a luxury finish. The shower was great, basically like a small room and there is a smart toilet with cool features. Toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit are also included. The host was very friendly and available to help at any time. They offer a delicious chinese breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the river.

The hotel manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay. She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of. The owner and daughter, Lisa were excellent host. They were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional. Lisa could speak English quite well. She is a very smart young lady. The location of the hotel was so convenient to all access. We enjoyed staying at Borui Hotel and will definitely recommend to friends, relatives and if we were to stay in Zhangjiajie again, we WILL stay at Borui Hotel. Again....we loved staying at Borui Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️
