Located just a short walk away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Pudong Airport offers affordable rooms with free internet access, free airport shuttle service... Overall was a perfect service actually, I needed them to store my bags to explore the city because I only had one day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist who helped me was very kind and gave me the option of having breakfast immediately. I couldn't have breakfast the next day due to my flight time, which was included in my reservation. They could also arrange for me to check in early so I could enjoy my city tour with peace of mind. It was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable, all the amenities in the room, water, slippers, all at no extra cost, aside from the shuttle to the airport. Everything was great. They really deserve a 10. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality. En general fue un servicio perfecto; necesité que me guardaran las maletas para ir a recorrer la ciudad porque solo tenía un dia y al llegar al hotel, muy amable el recepcionista que me atendió me dió la opción de tomar inmediatamente el desayuno que no podía tomar al día siguiente por mi hora de vuelo y que estaba incluido en mi reserva mientras podían gestionar que pudiera hacer el check in anticipado y así poder irme tranquila a mi recorrido por la ciudad. Fué fantastico. La cama súper comoda, todos los servicios en la habitación, agua, pantuflas, todo sin costos extras además del transporte de ida al aeropuerto. Todo genial. En serio se merecen el 10. Gracias infinitas por la fantastica hospitalidad.

Very accommodating and welcoming staff. Jennie and Catherine were both so helpful and kind to make a daystay possible for our 18 hr layover. Delicious breakfast and shuttle to and from airport included. Room was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds and modern opening out to private patio.
