The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Soho Square, making it very convenient. The staff overall were friendly and pleasant throughout. I’d also like to give special thanks to Ashraf, who was very proactive and helpful by the pool, always ensuring we had what we needed, and Mostafa at the pool bar as well for his nice smile and great service! Clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Loved my stay there. Their beach and while resort was extremely nice. We initially booked for two days and then extended the stay. They were really kind to let us stay in the same room and waited for us the whole day to pay for the rest of the stay since we were out .
