It was a one night stay in this hotel, and was great. The location is good, next to the main road and 15 min. walk from the airport. A lot of streetfood near the hotel:) The equipment of the room is good (perfect shower, AC e.g.) the staff polite and kind. Everything was more than ok:)

very beautiful and spacious rooms with big and comfy beds, extremly nice bathroom, the pool is huge and perfect for cooling during the day. we only stayed one night before our flight left, perfect location, very near to the airport but you can‘t hear the planes when inside. the rooftop bar was just stunning, would definitely book this one again!

I stayed at GG homestay for one night after staying in the raja Ampat, as I had an early flight the next day. Anitha the owner is very kind and efficiently organized everything, including my taxis at a very reasonable price. She even came to pick me up at the Harbour, also gave me restaurant recommandation. The host is an excellent communicator and incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay. We were given guidance and help with transfers and local tours. We took a bird tour to Malagufuk organised by our host at Baronda which was great. Our host helped me organise a meeting with a local conservation agency. Our visit coincided with that from the host’s family and we were invited to join for lunch which was very special and super tasty. The property is a bit out of town but it wasn’t a problem for us as we used Grab taxis and that worked well. Also the local buses are happy to pick you up so easy to get across town if needed.

Great hotel for your stop in Sorong on the way and back from Raja Ampat. You can leave your bagagge while you are on the islands. They have many options for breakfast and the hotel staff is very helpful. The rooms are large and the beds super comfortable.
