The host was super helpful and friendly. I usually stay at the Travelodge just down the road but they didn't have the dates I required. I am very happy they didn't as this B&B was in my opinion much better in terms of comfort and value for money. The rooms have just been refurbished to a very high standard , the power showers were great and the location was perfect for me visiting a sick relative at the regional hospital. I had to do some work while there and the wi-fi connection was great. It's a 10/10 from me.

Fantastic staff - all so friendly and welcoming and quick to serve or help with everything we needed. It really was a wonderful first night stay for us in Ireland. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay. Food was lovely too and there was great live entertainment on a Friday night.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was cosy and warm and very clean. The bed was super comfy. They even had gluten free breakfast with a separate toaster and the best coffee I had in a long time.

The apartment had every thing we required for our stay it was a 5 min walk to the center of Waterford very enjoyable comfortable stay and wil definitely book again

The hotel is gorgeous, check in was great. Check out was late relative to anywhere else. Breakfast was gorgeous. By the way, the hotel is divine. The stained glass and decor is out of this world. I went there with my mother and she adored it. It was a memorable stay and we would come back.
