I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional 5-star hotel, and I cannot express how impressed I was with every aspect of my visit. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a truly memorable experience. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or attending to any special requests I had. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the plush bedding to the stunning views from the balcony. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurants served delectable cuisine; the presentation was a work of art. Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a gourmet dinner, the food was consistently outstanding. The diverse menu options catered to various tastes, and the sommelier's wine recommendations were spot-on. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the state-of-the-art fitness center and the Turkish bath. The pool area was a hidden gem, providing a tranquil oasis with breathtaking city views. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. It was within walking distance of many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me plan my daily excursions with expert precision. Room size, hotel location, services provided by staff all were unexpected to me actually everything went ok.

This was my third stay at this hotel and I don’t think I’ll try another place, after having stayed in many Erbil hotels over the years. The cleanliness really stands out, as well as the comfort of the well appointed rooms.
