The cleanliness and quietness of all staff and patrons. Everybody understood the rules and respected their fellow travellers. Highly recommend for long flight recovery before going into Tokyo!

Nos quedamos una noche, todo estuvo muy bien. Cerca del aeropuerto, servicio de autobús gratuito. Personal muy amable y simpatico. Desayuno muy correcto. Recomiendo.

There was shuttle from airport to hotel and hotel to airport and the location was so close to the airport when you get out you can literally see the wall that leads to the airport. The amenities were amazing you could take as much as you need so it was also very nice of them. We requested some stuff and people came to the room to deliver it immediately. Everything was perfect to our need and there is a close 7-eleven location to the hotel

Es un buen alojamiento de corta estadia, el check-in es respetuosamente a las 3PM (Ni un minuto menos) de igual forma si llegas antes te permiten dejar las maletas. Las habitaciones dobles tienen dos camas pequeñas, están bien para una o dos noches, pero quizás no para mas. Es un lugar optimo para esperar un vuelo en el Narita Airport, los autobuses te recogen del aeropuerto en distintos puntos, y te dejan también, salen en un horario, con no mas de 20 minutos entre ellos.

Situated a 10-minute drive from Narita Airport, Marroad International Hotel Narita offers free airport shuttles. The airport and air crafts can be viewed from some rooms and top-floor restaurants. Confortable. Everything needed in the room. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. There are even a konbini, ATM/money exchange machines, located on 1st floor, on the sides of the huge reception/lobby hall. We didn't have time to enjoy every facilities I think. We didn't need cleaning for a 2 days stay, so we runned out of tea, but I could ask for a refill at the reception. There is a free shuttle service to go to the airport and city.
