Everything was great, from the comfortable rooms and clean, modern facilities to the convenient location near the tram station. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service at the front desk. The receptionists were highly skilled, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special shout-out to Anike and Felicia — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their friendliness and attention to detail made me feel truly cared for, and they were always ready with helpful advice or a warm smile. Take your flowers already Ms Anike gracias I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you value top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning!

The owner was really kind and helpful. The location is not so far from public transport location so after a 10minute walk you could reach subway, metro bus and go to the city center. The mood of the accomodation is really good.
