The location is brilliant, off the highway but without any noise. The room was midsize, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Unknowingly we picked a night to stay when six different sport club fans also stayed in the hotel. We had about ten boys playing hockey in the hallway on our floor. Compliments to the night manager who successfully got them to be quiet for the night. She also offered us another room in a different part of the building but of course there was no guarantee this would be better noisewise. It all turned out well thanks to her. The restaurant was very good with incredibly attentive and nice staff and good food. Breakfast was in incredible.

Personal amable, tuvimos que llamarles porque Booking no es aparentemente capaz de enviar los sms con los códigos de entrada a teléfonos no nacionales (el hotel, como muchos en Suecia, no tiene recepción las 24 horas del día). Eficientes y rápidos. Perfecto para una noche de paso

Este céntrico hotel de Örnsköldsvik está situado en el puerto interior y ofrece conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, un pub británico y una zona de relajación en la última planta con gimnasio y unas vistas... We did not show up becaus our train got cancelled because of bomb alert. I phoned just to let them know that we would not show up knowing that the room was prepaid. Later the let us know we would not pay du to those exceptional circumsance. Amazing and trustable!

Location was excellent, very easy to reach from the highway. Late reception was the main benefit for us, as we were driving late. Breakfast was plenty to choose from, warm and cold dishes, stylish dining room, attentive waitresses very helpful, nice to start a day with smiling faces around at breakfast.
