Offering a free 24-hour transfer service to LAX, Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport features spacious rooms and suites with a mid-century modern design and free Wi-Fi. Very close to the airport, clean, comfortable, kind staff. The only thing is they don’t offer the traveller a slipper which causes a bit inconvenience. The hotel shuttle is running between the hotel and terminals around per 15 minutes, the driver of shuttle is very friendly and helpful. It’s regrettable that I didn’t bring any corns or cash as a tip for his great service. Many thanks to him.

Rooms have very high ceilings which makes the rooms feel bigger. Was perfect for 2 people, would have likely felt crowded for more than 3 people. Appreciated the refrigerator in room. Bathrooms were nice.

I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.
I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

Homelessness and public drug use was a turnoff. Friendliness of cumstomer service was a pleasent and enjoyable part of our trip. Venice beach was a little disapointing, but the Uber drivers were very friendly and helpful. Not very many places to get a good meal in the area we stayed, but the 7-eleven had just about everythingwe needed to get by and the staff was very friendly.

I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. Inglewood is basically the gateway to LAX, with that you get...
Inglewood is basically the gateway to LAX, with that you get a lot of easy fast food, Starbucks etc...but nothing special about the neighborhood. Big shops nearby. It is also only down the street from the 2 main venues there

I just was there overnight on my way to visit relatives elsewhere. I went to High School in Torrance so I'm quite familiar with Inglewood. There are many fun places to go and interesting things to do there.

Daily complementary breakfast treats in the lobby. Convenience free parking. Starbucks, 7 eleven and a few more stores in minutes walking distance. Clean tidy and well designed compound. Basice Coffee machine with complementary pods in the room. Overall, it was a nice value for money choice!

I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to LAX, and in that regard, it delivered. The shuttle service was easy to navigate, and having luggage storage available was a convenient perk. The room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the windows did an excellent job of blocking out noise from the nearby airport and busy road.

As an airport hotel, this Hilton checks all the boxes. The location close to LAX, as well as the frequent shuttle was perfect for our needs. The hotel lobby is beautiful. They also have a 24 hour cafe which is perfect for travelers arriving and departing at any time of the day or night.
