The room was absolutely clean and very well set out and equipped. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was lovely- extremely helpful and very friendly. Check in was so easy. I was blown away by everything we got for such a good price! I would stay there again without hesitation.

Our waiter Sibisiso was always so friendly and polite. He even took the time to remember our names. The general manager was also very friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was exceptional. This is the perfect place to stay .

Everything. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Very clean. A special mention to 'penguin', who gives marvellous massages. I advise anyone to make sure you get a massage with her. Great seeing the animals wandering around, saw two giraffes wandering around early morning too. Lovely place would definitely recommend to anyone. Only about 15-20 mins from Nelspruit and most tours will come there to pick you up. Food was lovely.
