We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location and the convenience of having the beach, the restaurants and the pools so close. Where your room is plays a huge role on how comfortable you are going to be especially if you are traveling with small children. We were very lucky Our room was on the second floor eight in the middle the south and north wing. The variety of food is great. Considering the amount of people they cater for at every meal it’s incredible to see how fast they rotate the tables.

our stay was absolutely amazing! we had very comfortable room with everything we need, staff was very helpful and patient to answer all our questions. Food was amazing and very various, everybody can find something for themselves. if you’re looking for a place to stay, highly recommend to choose this one. :)
