Resort was so peaceful.... best for relaxation leaving behind all the stress, busy schedule, hectic life. Best part of resort is hi-tea. Staff was good and co-operative, well behaved, ready to help u out with every possible things especially Komal, she was so humble and helped me so much with baby food.

The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it a great choice for travelers. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided. The hotel’s location in Gurgaon is also a bonus, placing it close to various business and entertainment areas. Overall, The Westin Gurgaon is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering luxury and convenience near the airport. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Our stay started with forgetting our baby stroller at the airport (luggage claim). We informed right away at the check-in at the hotel and they took full care and brought us the stroller half an hour later to the hotel room. Really an exceptional service!Thank you! And yes - the bar and the breakfast were outstanding too!

Couldn’t ask for better location (across a metro with a atm); staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable; big room; restaurant in the hotel which serves incredible food (also where breakfast buffet is); Muhammad Khan was particularly helpful (thank you!)
