From check in to check out all the staff very friendly.Pool area and gardens stunning ,nicest pool we have ever seen.Food hot ,we particularly liked Daphne breakfast staff . It was good to see the cats cared for . Challenger show absolutely incredible. Perfect beachside location.

We like everything.our stay was fantastic.Hotel is very clean and the service was outstanding.there are a lot of entertainment activities. The hotel area have great pools,water slides,bars and restaurants.The staff at kids club did a great job too and our children love these activities so much.we really enjoyed every moment and would love to visit again.thank you so much for everything.

We have been with the family, kids, grandparents, uncle and aunt, and we all enjoyed everything, from food to pools to waterslides and beach, its amazing that the private beach has also a place to eat and bar too, just right there, the walking distance is not far at all, around 10 minutes, the shuttle bus comes and goes every half hour 🥰 The evening entertainment it's really cool also the kids disco and kids club was a hit! We loved it!

We loved every minute of our stay , the hotel , the staff and facilities were exceptional! The staff worked so hard , always happy and smiling , and ensuring we had everything we needed and more ! Food choice was great and plenty of it .. we will return very soon The customer relations manager , Omar , was so helpful and went out of his way to cater for all needs … he couldn’t do enough for all guests … All staff spoke and understood English .. wifi was good 👍

We stayed for a weekend getaway without small kids. The territory is compact, but there’s a running path around the hotel and a gym. The spa was excellent — clean, modern, good hammam, and massage, although pricey as expected. We really appreciate the hygienic approach in the restaurant: food is served behind glass by staff wearing gloves, and everything is kept very clean. Public areas, including restrooms, were clean. We were sitting more or less at the same table in the main restaurant and the staff memorised our choice of drinks, that was lovely! Rooms are decorated in a modern style — a great choice for those who don’t like the traditional Turkish decor. The beach was clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Despite some moments when there was loud music coming from the different stands. Some observations for travellers: The sea entrance is not ideal for small children — it gets deep quickly, and the first steps into the water are over broken shells, which makes it impossible to sit or play in the water. Most guests were Russian or Turkish, and Russian music was common — not a problem for us, but may not suit everyone. We didn’t attend the entertainment shows, so we can’t comment on them. We will consider this hotel for future short stays, but with my toddler, I will go for a different hotel.
