We arrived early and Lia was kind to let us store our luggage. As we had very young children with us, she also texted us immediately when the room was available. There is washing machine at the basement that we could use and there was a pantry area just outside our room where we could make coffee or have cold water from the fridge. The hotel is very well kept and the staff obviously take pride in delivering good service. Kudos!

Location was perfect, not too far from the city center. You can easily orient yourself. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Also, the stuff was very kind and helpful. Literally no complaints.

I stayed here with two friends, and it was a great experience. We rented a car and were happy to have secure parking provided by the hotel. They even locked it at night, but you could always ask for it to be opened whenever you needed to come or go, very convenient and safe. Check-in and check-out were done at the hotel next door, and the staff was always friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The place was comfortable, with air conditioning and a TV, everything we needed for a relaxed stay. I would definitely recommend it for groups or anyone traveling with a car.

The apartment was located in a beautiful building that was central to all tourist attractions and shopping. The room was much larger than us three women expected. Just perfect for our three days in Bologna. We also felt very safe. We were greeted by our wonderful host Paolo who couldn't have been any more pleasant or helpful than he was.
