The other reviews talked about how great he was but I didn't realize just how wonderful this man is until we checked in and he spent 30 minutes of his time making sure we were well informed and just chatting about the area. My partners $400 ski jacket was left behind by accident and Richard offered to mail it to me as soon as I reached out and asked. I paid for the postage of course but he went out of his way to go to the post office and spend time shipping it off.

El 22 Summits Apartments se encuentra en una zona tranquila junto a una colina, a 4 minutos a pie del centro de Zermatt y de la estación de tren de Matterhorn. So beautiful and very close to the central. Everything you need is there - the washing machine was under repair but overall would definitely go back. We had a beautiful view of the matterhorn and the village too!

Good communication, clear self check-in indications. The studio is nicely furnished, well located and spotless clean. All needed equipment is available and the "welcome" items were most appreciated. Highly recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

El pueblo es encantado y con muchas actividades para hacer. Definitivamente un rincon de paraiso en la tierra. La cocina muy completa y la terraza el lugar ideal donde mirar el entorno mientras comes, lees o simplemente te relajas. El garage cubierto con acceso directo al ascensor es un plus. 100% satisfechos. Muy practico el sistema de checkin y checkout en autonomia con informaciones super claras. Inmejorable

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful mountain chalet. The wooden house is modern, very well-equipped, and clean. The view from the cabin is absolutely stunning – a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The communication with the owner was great, and he was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The surrounding area is breathtaking and peaceful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

Our host (Joel and Magdalena) were amazing they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the train station. Joel meet us at the apartment, show us through the beautiful apartment and how to use everything. The accommodation is a new build beautifully decorated with a Wellness centre over looking Matterhorn, we had a yummy home cooked breakfast included deliver to our room. The location is central easy access to village and train station. We will be back!!
