It is situated in a quiet part of Medulin, just a short walk to town centre. Parking is right next to the building. The host has been very helpful and answers any query promptly.

The host was the best, we forgot a luggage there and he helped us with it. Kept it safe, tried to send it via courier, in the end a friend of ours went back for it after a couple of days. The facilities were great, very clean, has AC, parking spot, about 30min walk to the beach, 15min walk to lidl and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is perfect. The international staff maintaining the entire property are doing an excellent job — they are friendly, supportive, and attentive. The main manager also deserves recognition, as everything runs smoothly and efficiently; everyone clearly knows their role and responsibilities. There is convenient outdoor parking, as well as underground parking for cars. The on-site restaurant offers reasonably priced meals with very good food quality, making it unnecessary to leave the hotel grounds during your stay. I will definitely return to this hotel. My only recommendation: please do not raise the prices and continue maintaining this high standard — if so, you’ll remain one of the best hotels in the Istria region.

El Residence Superior Del Mar es un establecimiento moderno situado a solo 500 metros del centro de Banjole. Cuenta con una piscina al aire libre y está a solo 200 metros de la playa. Space was clean and fully equipped. Very nice big room with outdoor space looking at the garden. Very helpful and professional staff.

Apartment was clean. Air conditioning work very well keeping good temperature all the time. We also could check in a bit earlier which we very much appreciated. Parking right in front of the house, usually we found a spot to park.
