I really liked everything here! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very kind and friendly! I liked the breakfast there as well. During the breakfast, the staff always asked us if we need housekeeping or water to our room, and if there are any problem with the room. The bidet of our room was not working, so we reported it. Then they arranged the technician to come to fix immediately! It was very impressive! We took an tour via this hotel, and it was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The owner is very kind and friendly, showed us around and helped us with our first grocery shopping. There's a mini-cafe in the lobby, and the staff delivers coffee directly to your apartment. The building is located in the heart of the historic Patan district. Durbar Square is a 3-minute walk away. It's important to note the feeling of safety in the building and the surrounding area. You can stroll around the area until late at night. There are numerous small grocery stores around. It was a pleasure to return to the apartment after exploring the city.

Conocer a Ivin y la comida de su madre. Fue mi primer alojamiento donde me pude adentrar en la cultura, saber más de sus tradiciones y compartir con alguien 100% local. Si quieren tener la experiencia de cómo es alojarte en una casa de familia Newar se lo recomiendo. No vayan con la expectativa de un hostel, es una habitación donde se duerme bien. Pero literalmente convives en un piso de familia.

La hospitalidad de los propietarios. Son una familia super acogedora te tratan como si estuvieras en tu casa y te ayudan en todo: buses, sitios a visitar, todo. El mejor sitio donde he estado en Nepal si vuelvo voy a escoger este hotel seguro. Las habitaciones comodas y super limpias y la comida riquisima!! La ubicación es excepcional también. Los dueños muy serviciales y atentos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, las instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones, y destaco la limpieza y buena ventilación de las piezas con Aire acondicionado, piezas amplias y camas muy cómodas. Ubicado a una cuadra de la calle principal, y a 5,7 minutos del lago y un montón de restaurantes, Atms y comercio en general.

El señor Suraj es una persona muy amable y servicial hace todo lo posible para que uno se sienta cómodo y como en casa. Muchas gracias por todo la pasé muy bien. Los señores Surya y Som son excelentes guías muy atentos y pendientes de mostrar los animales y las plantas que se van encontrando en el camino tanto en la actividad del río como en la caminata y en el safari.

El lugar es increíblemente acogedor, tenía pensado estar 1 noche en Sauraha y finalmente fueron 4, y en gran parte fue por que este sitio me dio la sensación de sentirme en mi casa. Las instalaciones están rodeadas de jardines muy bonitos, con pájaros cantando todo el día, el restaurant es buenísimo, y la atención del dueño del Hotel es tremendamente cálida, incluso me llevó al terminal de Sauraha en su moto para partir mi viaje a Pokhara. Si volviera algún día a Sauraha sería acá sin dudas.

Un hotel súper agradable, el personal muy atento, desayuno buenísimo. Lo sirven si quieres en la azotea, a pesar que tienen que subir todo por la escalera al 5. piso. Hay una bonita vista sobre la plaza. La limpieza de habitación y baño es perfecta. También sirven buena comida en su restaurante y en la azotea. Como hicimos una caminata de varios días nos guardaron las maletas sin ningún problema para recogerlas a la vuelta.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas. Me quedé en un apartamento, lo recomiendo. La cama era buena, mi piso tenía luz del sol durante el día, agua caliente y calefacción. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel eran amables y atentos, en general todo es muy agradable.
