We arrived early at the hotel and was welcomed nicely by the staff. He even let us check-in earlier since the room was ready. We had super awesome magnificent view from the room. On top of that, the hotel gladly arranged a simple surprise for my daughter birthday during our breakfast and also assist us for transfer to the Spiez station.

A very wonderful hotel, the staff are all wonderful, without exception, and the owner of the place is beautiful in appearance and manners. I booked on the wrong date on another day and she tried to help us and helped us get in early and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast is wonderful and the view is amazing. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place and I will definitely come back again.

Had a lovely two night stay Staff helpful and friendly Provided with free bus pass from hotel Bus stop right outside 5min ride into town. Public transport very good.. Thun is beautiful, the climb upto the castle is well worth the effort.

The room is spacious and clean. Able to view mountain from the balcony. The staff is friendly. Few bus stops away from Spiez and has one convenient store nearby.

The location is excellent.Staff is very courteous and helpful and the rooms are clean with all facilities. The restaurant is excellent with buffet breakfast facility.
