Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

The location of the hotel and our room was beautiful and perfect, close to the beach and close tot the marina. The staff is amazing: special thanks to the lifeguards at the beach and jetty: Ahmed Shaban, Mahmoud Refay, Monaim. Also at the snackbar we had the best service from Ahmed Kemal (Mido) at the bar and Saied from the snacks. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed Fouad and Dana from guest relations, they both do a very good job. I don't know the name of the housekeeper but he did an amazing job, everything was very clean. I would in the first place come back for all the staff and their service, they feel like family members. And after this I would come back for the food and location/atmosphere. Everything is just amazing and we extended our stay when we were here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.

Exceptional Experience – A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. The entertainment team truly made a difference in our stay—Yousaf Mohamed and Rico, you guys are incredible! Your energy and enthusiasm made every activity and show so much fun. Everyone at the property was super helpful and friendly. From the executive chef, Shaleh abo, to the concierge and front office team, and housekeeping folding our bathroom towels beautifully every day. we can also highly recommend the hotel’s dive center « scuba world »
