Overall I would say the stay was very relaxing, the hotel is beautiful and has many up to date facilities. The pools were always well maintained and serviced by the bartenders. The beach is spotless. There are activities available throughout the day for adults and children. The hotel has a buffet available for all meals with multiple options available. Cannot fault service, food quality, presentation, and taste at the buffet in particular. The chefs are doing a great job as the food is delicious. There are also a la carte restaurants available. Room cleaning was always good and quick. We never noticed when our cleaner came to clean; it was so efficient and he always did a great job! All the staff were so polite and friendly! I've added a photo i took of one of the staff helping a child on the beach. The interaction was so genuine and heart-warming. We really did enjoy our stay and would certainly come again! However, if you ever find that you do have any concerns or issues, you simply have to tell the guest-relations manager, and like magic, your problem will disappear!

I loved all: nice amenities and view! The staff is great, super available and friendly! I would come back in this place 100%. it is one of the few hotels with a beach! I also really enjoyed the food quality and variety of the buffet and the snack house in front of the beach! Really recommended!

    The hotel and its amenities were a great value for money. The service was really good, the staff were really nice. A special thanks to Salwa from the reception for the great hospitality and the birthday cake surprise we found in our room, and to Abdulhameed from the housekeeping who kept our room clean and full of nice touches. The bartenders were really friendly and professional specifically the chiringuito bar located right on the beach.

    It was the second time we stayed at the hotel. We were here in January, and even then we were satisfied with everything, that's why we came back. Very good value for money place. It's in a great location, right on the beach. attentive, kind staff. A wide selection of food and drinks. The bed is wide and comfortable. Nice, well-kept garden with a large pool.

    Well situated right on the beach, spread out like a small village with 5 pools scattered around the resort. Rooms were lovely we had a garden bungalow with beautiful views. Small Coral reefs could be walked to from the beach.

    Stunning hotel with immaculate gardens and facilities , the private beach was great for snorkelling. The rooms were modern and spacious , the resort was ideal for anyone travelling alone I felt so safe and looked after by the staff The beach house was the best for drinks and cocktails! The restaurant la gazel was the best for quiet and lovely food , I cannot wait to go back to this hotel

    Pickalbatros hotel is the newest hotel around airport. Staff are very cheerful and friendly. Rooms were very clean thanks to Omar. We were lucky that we found the hotel in the opening season and everything was so new. Food was also great without all kind of cuisines. Cocktails are not very strong but it is fine. You can also use the seaside hotel amenities were you can use beach, Aquapark and other activities. Everyday there were sport activities. Reception was also very helpful especially Mostafa and Mohammad.
