Couldn't do enough for us. We were back really late after a concert and were really hungry and cheekly asked if they were serving food and the staff made up some sandwiches for us

The staff at the Coliemore are exceptional. Dalkey may be a small town but the people have the biggest hearts. Jimmy took care of us during our 6 day stay and the live music was great. Even a surprise ukulele practice session was wonderful. Food we think was superb. Already planning a return trip to the Coliemore and Dalkey! I have a new favourite drink Ginger Beer with bitters, love it!
