Beautiful, peaceful, idyllic location right by the water at Queen Charlotte Sound. We enjoyed walking the last leg of the famous Queen Charlotte track, which was a wonderful, relatively easy track offering superb views. Jumped off the jetty for a swim in the sound and within 2 mins having a hot shower at the apartment. Tanya and Shayne could not have made us more welcome. They clearly enjoy sharing their piece of paradise, and their enthusiasm is addictive. Very comfortable bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen, peaceful sleep. Don't hesitate to book and stay as long as you possibly can. You won't regret it! We've stayed in some gorgeous places in the South Island and this one was our favourite. The location was perfect with beautiful views. We returned to stay a couple of weeks later on our way back and we got upgraded to the penthouse suite which was just the most awesome news to receive. The whole family were stoked about it and the views were phenomenal. We loved how secure the car parking was and how easy it was to retrieve the keys, and the communication was excellent from the hosts.
