The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I felt at home. They helped me arrange local activities and transport, and gave great recommendations for places to visit nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces – perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. The food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend De Rain Hostel to anyone looking for a calm, authentic, and affordable place to stay in Uganda. I hope to return one day!
