The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

The family here is so friendly! They gave us so much food! The room is lovely, spacious, the location is within walking distance to the temple. The outdoor seating area is wonderful to relax in. We would definitely stay here again!

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

It was such a lovely time with Armine and her mom. The apartment was always clean and I felt at home every second. I was often able to talk to Armine in her best English. She helped me a lot to understand the country and the city of Yerevan. For me and my trip, the decision for the room in the apartment of Armine and her wonderful mother was super good. Excellent position, about 15 minutes on foot from republic square, restaurants very near, cascade 20 minutes away on foot. Armenia is a very helpful, kind and smiling owner. The room is like a homestay, that means the bathroom is opposite room and a shared kitchen is outside too. But room is spacious, very clean, it has anything you may need photosas in booking. . Value for money.

    Family run hotel. Parking right on site. Our host, Vartan, very polite, welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Room quiet and of very comfortable size overlooking the hotel gardens. Relaxing bed. Dinner very tasteful at decent prices. Kitchen and Service impeccable. Breakfast enjoyable, plenty and variety of choices. Hospitality at its best. Definitely recommended.
