Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

A fantastic place to stay in Yerevan 🇦🇲 Arthur and his family are very welcoming and are available 24/7 to make your holiday even more special ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location is perfect. There is a 24 hour SAS supermarket nearby which gives you the best exchange rate. A 5 minute walk takes you to a Yerevan city supermarket which is the best for shopping 🛒 The metro is close by and within ten minutes takes you to the centre 😃😃😃😃😃 Or you can use the wonderful GG taxi app which only costs €2 to take you to the centre or €6 to the airport 👍👍👍👍👍 The WiFi is super fast 💻💻💻💻💻 In the kitchen there is free coffee and water ☕🥤 For food I recommend the restaurant Lavash. For a late night snack I suggest the restaurant Barbecue B.Q. for a pork barbecue 😃😃😃😃😃 A special thank you to Arthur for opening the front door after 1am and letting me use the snooker table located on the top floor 👏👏👏👏👏 This is the best place to stay in Yerevan. I loved the value and how clean everything was. We had a great room. Use of the balcony and a pool. Myself and staff didn't speak the same language. But wow they were so so nice to us. They were helpful. Gave us an umbrella when it rained. Made sure we got the taxi to the airport. Helped with directions and anything else we needed. They were so so good even though all communication was via Google translate as we don't speak Armenian They really took time to help

It was such a lovely time with Armine and her mom. The apartment was always clean and I felt at home every second. I was often able to talk to Armine in her best English.
