Breakfast was included, including yoghurt, fresh fruit etc., and there is also a kitchen exclusively for guests' use. The room was a good size and clean and the bathroom excellent. Very friendly hosts who couldn't do enough to make our short stay enjoyable. Immaculately clean bedroom with very large shower/bathrom. Breakfast cooked to perfection or choice of cereal or fresh fruit salad if you'd prefer. Very conveniently located for exploring Hadrian's Wall and museums.
