Such a wonderful place! A beautiful and spacious room, in a renovated old building. The location is perfect - on the edge of the old city, but just a few minutes walk from a non-expensive parking lot. Ahead of our visit we asked to confirm we would have a shower and a desk. We eventually had a great shower in addition to a Jacuzzi bath, and the antique desk was large and very convenient to work on. There was a little fridge filled with drinks for free usage (water, milk, juice and soft drinks). Also a kettle and a coffee machine with supplies. We didn't meet Sara, the owner, in person, but she communicated with us on WhatsApp, made sure we are comfortable, and sent great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Her love to the city was evident and contagious :) We stayed two nights, but in retrospect would have stayed even three (with a rented car). The area around Tivoli is beautiful, with many old hill-towns, and Tivoli itself has lots to see. At the end of May there were not too many tourists.

The room: Everything about our room was perfect and exceeded our expectations. When we first entered we were greeted with this beautiful clean aroma and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The room was even nicer in person than we expected! The jacuzzi was very large with a window above for fresh air overlooking the main town centre. The entire room was furnished in white and the room was spacious and felt very cozy and safe. After a long trip of travelling, we were so happy to open the fridge to see an assortment of cold beverages and a variety of snacks available to us free of charge. In addition to this, the luxury toiletries smelled amazing! Please tell me where I can get them because I took some home and I can't get enough of the cologne scent. It was such a memorable scent that I always think of our trip whenever I smell it! What I love most about this stay in particular was the attention to detail. They provided everything you could ever need, including all toiletries, robes, slippers, hair cap, etc. And everything was customized with their Domus DeCinti logo which added such a nice touch and this is something we do not usually see in Italy. The spacious rainhead shower was also something we really enjoyed. This was definitely one of the nicest suites we have stayed in in Italy and really felt pampered the entire time of our stay. We will never forget this room :) The breakfast: We received a 10 euro voucher to use at the Glam gelataria which was right next door so you don't need to walk a far distance. The location: About a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, just overlooking the main town area. We feel that this was the absolute best location in Tivoli. Just next door there is gelato/bar/restaurant with several more within less than 5 minute walking distance. What we especially loved was how lively the area got at night. Staff: Wonderful staff. Cleaning lady is so sweet!

We booked this B&B without much expectation. I didn't expect the location to be as good as it was. So I was very surprised by the wonderful owner, Filippo, and the location. When I arrived he was waiting for me outside. He then carried my luggage to our room, explained his family history and showed my husband how to get to the car park (he helped us by checked in and checked out). The room was very nice and I especially liked the bathroom, which was newer and more modern than the four-star hotels I had stayed in before (Tarquina and Orvieto), including the shower booth. I thought the rooms would be more old-fashioned, but they were clean and had air conditioning. There is also a nice terrace on the roof. Another pleasant surprise was the location. There is a church next door and the sound of the bells is very pleasant. There is also a vegetable market on the square. Breakfast was coffee and croissants in a good café, paid for by Filippo. The Este Villa is an eight-minute walk away. Este Villa has a wonderful garden. Villa Adrienne is also a 10-minute drive. Many restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. Supermarket almost on the doorstep.

Lovely place. Marco, the owner of the DeD Palace, is so friendly and ready to help at any moment. We enjoyed the sunset from the roof top, where it is possible to spot Rome and the Church of St. Peters. The buildning is nicely renovated, and with pictures on the walls of the earlier old apartment, you really see the hard work put into this place. We stayed in the room with black and white tiles, and especially enjoyed the view from the window, the bathtub, the aircon and the tiny fridgde. In the kitchen you can make yourself a cup of coffee. We are ready to come back and visit this place another time.

It is nice room in the city centre, with possibility to use shared roof terrace with exceptional view. Owner is very helpful, he gave us information about sightseeings, nearby restaurants, transportation possibilities etc. He is personally involved and cares of its guests. Room was clean, perfect location in the city center, yet not overcrowded.

Perfect location for enjoying the old town of Tivoli and for visiting Villa D’Este. Sympathetically renovated room, maintaining the charm of the old building, with its high ceilings and wooden beams, while creating a modern make over. The breakfast room was beautiful, at the top of a tower, with windows on three sides, allowing a stunning view of roof tops and the countryside. A charming host, contacted me through What’s App, and gave information about parking, which is not on site ( obviously as the B and B is in the old town)
