It was one of the most clean apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The host was very kind and nice. It’s not far away from the center of the city. It is near the Vondelpark. The stop of the airport bus is about 10 minutes walk away.

Franz was an excellent host. His attention to detail is incredible from my room to the delicious breakfast served with a warm welcome which was really lovely. Breakfast so good, with so many choices, it kept me going to early afternoon. Franz is a considerate host and makes a real effort to ensure you get the most from your trip. The metro close by which is great for access into city. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

The venue is a lovely separate unit with lounge area and outside seating. Wendy was an amazing host and prepared the most special breakfasts which were delicious and filling. We always had some over to enjoy later in the day. She brought this to the unit each morning so we could enjoy them still in our pj's :-) In addition, so close to the bus stops on Aalsmeerweg so convenient to get around.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at EMPIRIC Keizersgracht during my visit to Amsterdam, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of all the main attractions, making exploring Amsterdam a breeze. Whether you're strolling along the picturesque canals, visiting world-class museums, or sampling delicious local cuisine, everything is conveniently close by. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the accommodation is incredibly easy to reach from the airport, allowing for a seamless transition into the city. The host warmly welcomed me and provided helpful tips and recommendations for my stay, ensuring I made the most of my time in Amsterdam. One of the highlights of my stay was the charming backdoor garden, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city streets. With direct access from my room, I enjoyed relaxing in the garden with a cup of coffee in the morning. While the toilet not being en suite could be considered a minor inconvenience, the host went above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Although the private toilet is located on the upper floor, the host graciously allowed access to another toilet on the same floor as the room during the night, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at EMPIRIC Keizersgracht was nothing short of delightful. From its prime location and friendly host to its charming garden oasis, it truly embodies the essence of Amsterdam's charm. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this vibrant city.

I highly enjoyed my stay at the treehouse in. I stayed there for one week and I felt like I'm at home. The kitchen is well-equipped and technical devices are of high quality. in general, the whole accomodation was clean and lovely decorated. Location is top, as the nearest metro station, van der madeweg, is a 5-minutes walk away and a 20minutes drive to amsterdam centraal. Last but not least, Robert and Javier are very nice guys, they provided me everything I needed. So, i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We liked the hotel a lot. The hotel has a big parking space. The city is lovely and very quiet. The rooms are above the restaurant but are perfectly isolated. The room was relatively large and quite comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. We loved the breakfast. The quality was excellent. One can take a metro directly to Amsterdam.

Thanks to the host who welcomed us, offered his help with our luggage and gave tips for exploring Amsterdam. The location of the apartment is truly amazing - the top floor with breathtaking views. It is a very short walk to most of the popular places and the trams. The apartment itself was very cozy with very comfortable beds. We are definitely coming back here again!!!
