A really interesting old townhouse that has been brought back to life with care, style and a touch of quirkiness and humour. We were fortunate to be able to stay in a larger room than we had originally booked and it was really wonderful. Large comfortable bed and great pillows (including rectangular ones which we prefer to the large square French ones). Fantastic bathroom with large shower enclosure. All done with beautiful taste - even down to the reproduction light switches but also up to date with USB sockets in the same style. Lots of interesting spaces around the house and garden where you can sit quietly and read a book. Breakfast was fresh and generous and served on beautiful old crockery with proper napkins - nothing was too much trouble. Our hosts were both welcoming and helpful - and we enjoyed their two friendly Dachshunds too. Fantastic location for exploring the Pyrenees within easy reach of the high mountain passes (Tourmalet, Aubisque, Aspin) and also Lourdes or through the Bielsa tunnel to lovely Ainsa in Spain. The icing on the cake for us was the secure parking garage around the corner - which was the perfect town centre solution for our soft top Morgan.

The host and the people in the restaurant were very kind and friendly, the meals were excellent, the accomodation newly redone and beautifully decorated. Overall atmosphere was great and family-like and we would definitely come again!

Habitación y baño en la habitación muy amplio y cómodo. Cerca a Luz Saint Sauveur en carro. Lesley y su esposo fueron demasiado amables, la comunicación previa a la llegada fué muy buena, responden rapidamente a cualquier pregunta o inquietud antes de la llegada y durante la estadía, nos dieron muy buenas indicaciones y sugerencias, son unos excelentes anfitriones. Fuimos para ver el tour de Francia y es una excelente ubicación, pues pasaba justo en frente de la casa; sin embargo nosotros queríamos verlos pasar en la colina del tourmalet y ellos nos llevaron hasta donde era posible para que no tubieramos que caminar tanto, nos ofrecieron comida. nos recomendaron un muy buen restaurante cerca de la casa y nos llevaros y nos recogieron. fué una estadía FABULOSA, gracias a la amabilidad y hospitalidad de Lesley y su esposo. Gracias por todo!!!

A very pastoral setting with easy access from the road, car charging station, excellent bike storage, lovely swimming pool. The architecture and interior design of the original "grenier" was wonderful. Anne is an elegant and thoughtful host who pays attention to the details.
