The lake park is just steps away, and a jog around the lake should quench a runner's thirst, which is 6.7 km a circle BTW. Bonus: a nice courtyard with several Mandarin trees full of sweet and ripe fruits waiting for the picker. (What a gem!)

Charles City Center is set in Tirana, 4.9 km from Dajti Ekspres Cable Car, 1.3 km from Former Residence of Enver Hoxha, as well as 43 km from Rock of Kavaje. The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 400 metres from Skanderbeg Square. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Everything was great—no complaints. All the necessities were close to the accommodation, like KFC, Conad, and the complex. Nik was very friendly and always had a smile on his face
